Timothy Ryan Eastridge

Timothy Ryan Eastridge, age 23, of Northville, Michigan, passed away on December 16, 2019 after a courageous battle with Leukemia. He was born on August 17, 1996 in Hinsdale, Illinois; son of Michael J. Eastridge and Laura C. Cadman Eastridge. Tim has lived in Northville for the last 10 years, he was previously of Plainfield, Illinois. He was a 2014 graduate of Northville High School. Following graduation, he proudly enlisted in the United States Air Force and trained as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief.

Tim was creative, artistic and athletic. He played soccer for over ten years for both rec and travel teams.  He was a member of the NHS Robotics Team 548 known as “The Robostangs” for all 4 years of his high school career. His teammates called him Stark because he was a huge Marvel fan; his favorite movie was Iron Man. He also loved many other movie genres that included series like Star Wars, Harry Potter and various anime movies. Tim enjoyed welding and metal work; creating pieces from custom jewelry to Thor’s hammer. He was also a gamer, mostly online computer gaming. He built his own computer to his own specifications. Tim’s favorite color  was dark red. He was very proud to drive his red Dodge Challenger R/T and took great care of the car. His favorite food was his mom’s homemade chicken stew. Tim will be remembered as an intelligent man, caring big brother, and a very loving and polite son that put his family first.

Tim is survived by his loving parents Michael Eastridge and Laura Cadman Eastridge; his sisters, Rachel and Megan; his grandparents, Christine Eastridge, Don (Debbie Choate) Cadman, and Susan (Jay) Short; his aunts, Kelly (Todd) Macak and Tina Granger; and his cousins, Brandon, Brody, Brett, and Brooke. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Larry Eastridge and his aunt Teri Eastridge.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 5pm until 8pm at Casterline Funeral Home, 122 West Dunlap, Northville, MI. Visitation will also be held Saturday, December 21, 2019 from 9am until Noon with a service beginning at Noon at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Rd., Wheaton, IL. Tim will be laid to rest at St. Michael Cemetery in Wheaton where military honors will be rendered.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society , Donor Services, PO Box 98018, Washington D.C. 20090-8018 or the Fisher House Foundation , 12300 Twinbrook Parkway #410, Rockville, MD 20852.  The family also encourages everyone to become a bone morrow donor to help others like Tim through "Be the Match" .
