Ryan S. Middlekauff, age 45, of Dearborn, passed away July 31, 2023. He was born on March 19, 1978 in Southfield, Michigan; son of Gary Middlekauff and Manneetta (nee Sitler) Erspamer. Ryan grew up in Farmington Hills and graduated from Farmington High School; class of 1996.
Ryan began a successful career with Mickey Shorr just out of high school. An incredibly hard worker, he climbed the corporate ladder from sales to regional manager. Ryan was a loyal employee and rarely missed a day of work.
Ryan was very sports minded, whether it was as a fan cheering for his favorite team or playing baseball in the backyard with the bat and mitt he kept in his car. He had a vast collection of trading cards, mostly baseball. Ryan liked to travel; he recently visited the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown as well as Nashville, Tennessee. He took great pride in his home and car; both were always immaculately kept. Ryan adored dogs, especially his current companion Jasmine, an American Bulldog. Very personable, he was well-liked by anyone who met him. Ryan was a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend; he will be missed by all who loved him.
Ryan is survived by his loving parents, Manneetta (Michael) Erspamer and Gary Middlekauff; his sister, Lindsay (Brian) Corcoran; his niece, Aubrie Corcoran; his nephew, Keaton Corcoran; his aunts and uncles, Michelle (Gerard) McMahon, Scott (Barbara) Sitler, Douglas Sitler, Lee (Diana) Middlekauff, and Glenn (Darleen) Middlekauff; and many cousins.
Memorial Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Noon at Casterline Funeral Home, 122 West Dunlap, Northville. Rev. Marsha Woolley from First United Methodist Church of Northville will officiate the service. He will be laid to rest with his grandparents at Glen Eden Memorial Park in Livonia.
