Patricia D. Zielinski-Dobmeier (nee Kozdroj)
We mourn the sudden death of the devoted and loving wife of Robert M. Dobmeier and the late David D. Zielinski; the beloved mother of Scott, John (Gail) and Matthew (Jenni) Zielinski; cherished grandmother of John, Natalie, Charli and Kozdroj Zielinski. Sister of the late Camille Brzezinski and survived by several nieces and nephews.
Patty was a person of so many talents. As a kindergarten teacher for many years she embraced her young students as though they were family. She took joy in their energy, and it was reflected in hers. After retiring, she became a successful realtor making many new friends in the process.
Patty was a woman of incredible character, courage and kindness which she displayed every day of her life. She was strong, caring and resilient in the face of so many challenges. She made friends family and reached out wherever she saw the need. Patty always found time to visit the sick in her community and was an active member of her church as a lector and Eucharistic minister. Wherever she was, she welcomed opportunities to serve, most recently as a volunteer at the VA Medical Center in Buffalo, New York. She was tireless. Patty had the gift of faith that defined her life and her generous spirit was a reflection of that faith. She was truly a gift to all who knew her and will be dearly missed by her family and friends who loved her.
