Lisa V. Provencher passed away on June 4, 2020, at the age of 50, after a valiant fight against cancer. She was born on March 27, 1970 in Farmington, Michigan; daughter of Aloysius and Elizabeth (Stefanszki) Ungvari. Lisa graduated from the University of Michigan – Dearborn with a bachelor’s degree in finance. She worked for several years at Merrill Lynch and later in the mortgage industry before transitioning into the most important job of her life, raising her daughters.

Lisa has lived in Northville for the past 10 years and previously resided in Novi. Family was her top priority and Lisa always supported her daughters. In her spare time, she enjoyed exercising and staying active. Lisa was super caring, passionate, smart, and beautiful with a sense of humor that could make anyone laugh no matter what the circumstance. She was a dedicated mother, sister and friend who showed true unconditional love for her family.

Lisa is survived by her daughters, Haley Provencher and Miranda Provencher; her sisters, Rose Ungvari and Nicole Stevenson; her niece Sophia Shaya; and her devoted companion John Ronan. She was preceded in death by her parents Al and Elizabeth Ungvari.

Due to the limitation caused by COVID-19, the funeral service will be private.  During this difficult time please let the family know you are thinking of them and reach out with a phone call or leave an online condolence.
