Deborah Lynn Dogonski

Deborah Lynn Dogonski, age 65, of Farmington, passed away suddenly on October 4, 2018. She was born May 18, 1953 in Pontiac, Michigan; daughter of Walter Blain Lambert and Hazel Virginia Childress.  She graduated from Clarenceville High School; Class of 1971. Debbie was united in marriage to Gary John Dogonski on September 27, 1980. They were devoted to each other for 38 years.

Debbie worked at Star Filter Company for 11 years before beginning her most important career, being a mother. She loved flowers and enjoyed spending time in her garden. She liked travelling up north; visiting Tawas, Mackinac, and Lake Michigan. Debbie was very talented and creative; she found joy crocheting blankets for her family and friends. She was a very sweet and loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister.

Debbie is survived by her husband Gary Dogonski; her son James Dogonski; her mother Hazel Fulmer; her step-mother Sherry Lambert; her siblings, Walter (Mary) Lambert, Patricia (Mike) Cushen, Sandie (John) Moore, Blain Lambert, and Cathy (Kenneth) Campbell; her sister-in-law Joan Wroten; and her brothers-in-law, Tom Dogonski and Walter (Joan) Dogonski. She is also loved by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Walter Lambert, her step-father Cecil Fulmer, her sister Audrey Jean LaBean, her sisters-in-law Esther Lambert and Allysan Dogonski.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 8, 2018 from 10am until 11am with a Memorial Service beginning at 11am at Casterline Funeral Home, 122 West Dunlap, Northville.
