78, passed away on November 20, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Ann Cook, dearest father to Andrea, Paul, and Jeannine and adored grandfather to his seven grandchildren; Daniel, Kaitlyn, Kevin, Emily, Madeline, Jessica, and Lucas. Born in Detroit in 1934, and graduated from Cooley High School in 1952, Tom received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in 1956 and his doctorate of Dentistry from the University of Detroit in 1960. A long-time resident of Northville, Tom practiced dentistry in Detroit and Farmington for forty years. Along with his wife, children and grandchildren, Tom is survived by his sister Judy Cook, brother Bill Cook and many dear friends. His family and friends will gather on Sunday, November 25, 2012 for visitation from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Casterline Funeral Home, 122 West Dunlap St. Northville. The funeral service will be held at Monday, November 26, 2012 at 11 a.m., followed by a luncheon at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 201 Elm Street, Northville, MI 48167. The family will receive friends one hour before the service time at the church. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
