Thomas J. Petz, M.D. Age 83, of Northville, formerly of Grosse Pointe, passed away September 29, 2013. Beloved husband of Catherine. Cherished father of Thomas Joseph (Kathryn) Petz, Jr., William John Petz, David Goyeau Petz, John James Petz, Catherine Petz (Jason) Hilliard, and the late James David Petz. Adored grandfather of Margaret, Thomas III, Emily, and Jack. A private family service was held. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial contributions to The Jesuits, Society of Jesus, Detroit Chicago Province, 2050 North Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60614 or Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 133 Orchard Drive, Northville, MI 48167.
