Regina A. Nunn

Age 61, of Howell, passed away January 7, 2014. She was born November 1, 1952 in Highland Park, Michigan; daughter of Stanley R. and Betty J. (nee Falk) Nunn. She had been a resident of Briarwood Group Home in Howell for the past 12 years; she was formerly of Centerline, Michigan. Regina worked at Meijer in Howell, at the Excel Employment Opportunities in Howell, as well as volunteering for various craft projects and programs with St. George's Ministries, passing food at Meals on Wheels, and stacking cans at the Howell Community Center. She participated in the Special Olympics; track and field, basketball, but her favorite was bowling. Regina adored spending time with her family. She was an avid bowler and magazine reader. She loved music and dancing, Elvis was one of her favorites. She is survived by her loving siblings, Stanley R. Nunn, Jr. and Kristie (Mike) Gerulski; her niece and nephews, Jennifer (Jeff) Hamilton, Jason Nunn, Stefan Gerulski, and Zack Gerulski; and her great nieces and great nephew, Julia, Fiona, Piper, and Josh. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by her loving sister-in-law Doris (nee Wolfe) Nunn, who Regina always said was her "..bestest sitter-in-law..". A memorial service will be held for her on Saturday, March 15th, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Church, 133 Orchard Drive, Northville, Michigan.
