Neil D. Johnson

Age 79, longtime resident of Jackson, passed away May 30, 2014. Beloved husband of 54 years to the late Jean Johnson. Cherished father of Michael Sue (Steven) Weaver, Beaty (Scott) Whitney, and Dave (Gina) Johnson. Adored grandfather of 13 and great grandfather of 30. Dear brother of Marjorie Patrick. Preceded in death by his wife; his parents, George D. and May Johnson; his children, Rip Johnson and Claudia Miller; and his granddaughter Tabitha. He retired from Northville Downs as a track superintendent. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 6, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Jackson County Outdoor Club, 3550 Hart Rd., Jackson.
