Frieda R. Andrews

Frieda R. Andrews Age 93, a resident of Novi since 2006, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2014. She was born on March 22, 1921; daughter of Joseph and Theresa (nee Polt) Rummelsberger. Frieda was united in marriage to Eldon "Andy" Andrews on November 24, 1956; they were happily married for over 57 years. Frieda worked alongside her husband as a secretary for his Real Estate firm; HM Sheldon Company. She was very political and was supportive in her husband's 1974 Gubernatorial campaign for the Conservative Party. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. Frieda was a devoted and caring wife, sister-in-law, and aunt. She is survived by her brother-in-laws, B. Jack Andrews, Byron Andrews, and Howard (Nancy) Andrews; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Andy; her brother-in-laws, Burton Andrews, Burdette Andrews, James Andrews, Harold Andrews, and Marion Andrews; and her sister-in-law Ruth Swanson. Funeral arrangements are private. Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of the giver's choice.
