Kathleen Mae Mitchell

Kathleen "Kay" Mitchell  A longtime resident of Northville passed away on April 8, 2016. She was born April 20, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan; daughter of Lloyd S. and Mildred (nee Meininger) Comer.   For many years Kay worked as an x-ray technician in Detroit. She was a devoted member of the Northville Garden Club and loved to garden. Kay enjoyed playing bridge, completing crossword puzzles and watching baseball. She was a very talented sewer who also found joy crocheting and knitting.   She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband William Mitchell. A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 11am at Rural Hill Cemetery, 100 Rural Hill Street, Northville.  Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Northville Garden Club.
