Donald J. Regan      Donald J. Regan, age 83, of Plymouth, formerly of Troy and Queens, NY, passed away on October 8, 2016. He was born April 16, 1933 in Queens, New York; son of Cyril and Helen (nee Dunn) Regan.  He graduated from Bayside High School in Bayside, Queens, NY; Class of 1951.  Donald was united in marriage to Rosemary A. Guidera on August 22, 1964; they spent 52 loving years together.       Donald, a devout catholic, was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Troy.  He was an avid sports fan; he would watch sports any chance he got.  Football was his favorite, especially NY Giants and U of M.  Donald had a wonderful kinship with animals, throughout the years he rescued and adopted many dogs and cats which were always welcomed into his home.  He was a true family man; Donald was very loving and a great provider.  A simple man, he liked to be home and cherished the time he spent with his family.            Donald is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary A. Regan; his daughters, Joanne (Gary) Kosten and Donna (Hugo) Delevie; his grandchildren, Keith Kosten, Caitlin Delevie, and Maggie Delevie; and his siblings, Cyril Regan, Eileen Witkowski, Joan Naton, Robert (Terry) Regan, and Rosemary (Paul) DePhillips.  He was preceded in death by his parents.      A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, November 11, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with a time of gathering beginning at 10:00 a.m. at St. Kenneth Church, 14951 N. Haggerty Rd., Plymouth.  The family would appreciate memorial contributions to Michigan Animal Rescue League, 790 Featherstone, Pontiac, MI 48342.
