Cynthia Kay Wolsos Age 69, of Northville, formerly of Novi, passed away November 28, 2016. She was born October 3, 1947; daughter of William and Edna (nee Lehman) McClow. She graduated from Henry Ford High School; Class of 1965. Cindy was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart Thomas A. Wolsos on April 16, 1966; they spent 50 loving years devoted to one another. Cindy enjoyed collecting precious moments and books. She was an avid reader who began a career at the Northville Public Schools volunteering in the library at Amerman Elementary School. She loved working for the Northville Public Schools and took pride in her work; she retired after 20 years of dedication. Cindy was a super fan of the Detroit Tigers and rarely missed a game. She went to Tiger Spring Training in Florida; among her favorite players were Al Kaline & Rocky Colavito from the older tigers and of late she was a fan of Curtis Granderson and Brandon Inge. She really loved Tiger Baseball. Cindy was an honest, caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her husband, Tom A. Wolsos; her children, Laura (Eric) Drzazgowski, Vickie (Jamie) Hoffman, and T.J. (Julie) Wolsos; her grandchildren, Katelyn Drzazgowski, Ryan Drzazgowski, Parker Hoffman, Trevor Hoffman, Caden Hoffman, and Leo Wolsos; and her sisters, Sandy Kukula, Kathy (John) Nelson, and Julie Kucel. She was preceded in death by her parents. A time of gathering will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 10am until 11am with a memorial service beginning at 11am at Casterline Funeral Home, 122 W. Dunlap, Northville. Rev. Sandra Paran from Heart to Heart Hospice will officiate the service.
