Thomas N. Brisbin

Thomas N. Brisbin Thomas N. Brisbin, age 68, of Novi, passed away on September 29, 2017. He was born June 21, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri.  Thomas was united in marriage to Jean Skarzenski on October 2, 1981; they spent over 32 years devoted to one another until her death in 2014.   Thomas proudly served his country in the United State Navy.  He was a decorated combat Veteran during both the Vietnam War and Operation Desert Storm.  Thomas retired as Master Chief Petty Officer after a 25 year career with the Navy.      He was a member of VFW Post 4012 where he served as Past Commander.   Thomas is survived by his children, Jessica Brisbin and John Brisbin.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean S. Brisbin.   A service will be held at a later date at Rural Hill Cemetery in Northville.
