Faye Lida Landreth Faye Lida Landreth, age 79, of Plymouth, passed away on October 19, 2017. She was born June 15, 1938 in Ann Arbor, Michigan; daughter of William and Virginia (nee Roberts) McGee. She graduated from Northville High School; Class of 1956. Faye worked as a Telephone Operator and Clerk with AT&T, formerly Michigan Bell, for 35 years; she retired at the age of 65. Faye was a member of AT&T Pioneers, a group for retired AT&T workers. She was a past member of the VFW Auxiliary in Plymouth. Faye loved collecting dolls and had an extensive collection. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and making sequin Christmas ornaments. Faye also loved taking day trips with her daughter and grandsons. She was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother and friend. Faye is survived by her daughter Mary (Steven) Landreth-Martin; her grandsons, Sean (fiancé Christine McDonald) Martin and Daryl Martin; and her siblings, Charlane (Wayne) Huston and Michael (Sharon Ann) McGee. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Margaret Sweet.Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from Noon until 2pm with the funeral service beginning at 2pm at Casterline Funeral Home, 122 West Dunlap, Northville. Rev. Darcy Crain with the First Congregational Church of Ann Arbor will officiate the service. Faye will be laid to rest at Rural Hill Cemetery in Northville.
